Corporate Training is how Mirevontis works with casino operators rather than individuals. Engagements begin with an operational casino training audit, not with a proposal: we observe the gaming floor and cage, review incident and complaint data, interview pit supervisors and identify where dealer and croupier capability gaps are actually costing the casino business.

From that audit we design a learning architecture — dealer and cage onboarding for new staff, role-specific development paths across table games, supervisory certification and executive workshops — mapped to a single competency framework so that progression is coherent across the casino organisation rather than assembled from unrelated courses.

Delivery is flexible. Most casino clients combine on-site practical pit sessions with campus assessment and a digital learning layer accessible to distributed casino properties. Whatever the format, the assessment standard is the same one applied to our individual dealer and croupier programmes, which is what makes the resulting credentials meaningful inside and outside the client casino organisation.

Every engagement includes a reporting pack for the casino client's learning and development function: participation, assessment performance, competency movement and, where a measurement framework is in place, the operational and DIA compliance indicators the programme was commissioned to move.

Establish a single documented competency standard across every dealer, cage and pit role covered by the engagement.

Reduce time-to-competence for new casino hires through structured, assessed table games onboarding.

Build an internal casino supervisory and management pipeline rather than recruiting externally for every pit vacancy.

Introduce an assessment system the casino organisation can operate itself once the engagement concludes.

02Learning objectives

What a graduate of this pathway can do on day one

Objectives are written as observable behaviours, not aspirations. Each one is assessed against a published rubric before certification is issued.

  1. 01

Establish a single documented competency standard across every dealer, cage and pit role covered by the engagement.

  2. 02

Reduce time-to-competence for new casino hires through structured, assessed table games onboarding.

  3. 03

Build an internal casino supervisory and management pipeline rather than recruiting externally for every pit vacancy.

  4. 04

Introduce an assessment system the casino organisation can operate itself once the engagement concludes.

  5. 05

Link learning activity to operational and AML/CFT compliance indicators so that training investment can be evaluated honestly.

  6. 06

Develop internal casino coaches capable of maintaining the standard long after the programme ends.

03Who it is for

Built for four distinct starting points

Admissions interviews place every applicant into one of these groups, and the entry module is adjusted accordingly. Nobody repeats material they already command, and nobody is pushed past a standard they have not yet reached.

01

Multi-property casino operators

Groups needing a consistent dealer and pit capability standard across casino properties, jurisdictions and languages.

02

Pre-opening casino projects

New casino properties recruiting and training an entire gaming floor workforce against a deadline and a DIA-equivalent licence condition.

03

Learning & development teams

Internal casino L&D functions seeking curriculum, assessment infrastructure and external credibility for their dealer training programmes.

04

Executive teams

Casino leadership groups commissioning succession development, culture change or post-audit compliance remediation programmes.

04Curriculum

Module by module

Every module carries documented contact hours, a written standard and its own assessment gate. Modules must be passed in sequence.

05Outcomes

What you leave with

  • A documented competency standard adopted across every dealer, cage and pit role in scope.
  • Measurably shorter time-to-competence for new casino hires, evidenced against a pre-programme baseline.
  • An internal pipeline of certified pit supervisors capable of holding the standard on every casino shift.
  • An assessment and moderation system the casino organisation operates without external support.
  • Certified internal coaches maintaining dealing calibration across casino properties.
  • Quarterly reporting linking learning activity to the DIA compliance and operational indicators the board cares about.
06Entry expectations

What we ask you to bring

Executive sponsorship at director level, since engagements require access to casino operational and cage data and schedule time.

A nominated internal programme owner, normally from the learning and development or casino operations function.

Access to gaming floor observation and, where possible, incident, complaint and dealer workforce data for the audit phase.

Availability of dealer and cage staff for scheduled training time, agreed in writing before the delivery calendar is fixed.

Willingness to adopt observable, assessable standards in place of informal pit supervisory judgement.

07Assessment model

How performance is measured

Assessment is continuous and weighted. A single strong day cannot compensate for an unstable standard across the programme.

Per learner

Individual competency assessment

Every dealer or cage participant is assessed against the agreed framework with the same rigour applied to our individual dealer and croupier programmes.

Per cohort

Cohort performance review

Aggregate analysis identifying which table games standards are secure across a pit team and which require reinforcement.

Quarterly

Internal assessor calibration

Moderation exercises confirming that the casino client's own pit assessors score consistently with academy standards.

Quarterly

Programme outcome review

Review of the operational and DIA compliance indicators the engagement was commissioned to move, presented to the executive sponsor.

08Certification

A credential employers can verify

Every certificate carries a unique registry number, verifiable by any employer through the Solvarienne graduate registry for the lifetime of the credential.

  1. 1

Client-branded casino certification issued jointly with the Mirevontis Academic Board.

  2. 2

Individual credentials recorded in the public registry and portable for each dealer and cage staff member.

  3. 3

Internal casino assessor and coach certification with annual recalibration.

  4. 4

Documented competency framework and assessment system transferred to the casino client at handover.

  5. 5

Evidence pack suitable for presentation to a regulator such as the DIA or an internal auditor.

  6. 6

Optional annual re-accreditation review to confirm the dealing standard has been maintained.

Hannah Okonkwo

Director of Corporate Partnerships

10 / Lead instructor

Hannah leads the corporate faculty and has designed enterprise casino learning architectures for operators in eleven markets, including three pre-opening casino projects that trained more than four hundred gaming floor staff each against a DIA-equivalent licensing deadline. She insists every engagement begins with an audit because, in her experience, what a casino client believes the dealer training problem is and what the pit data shows are rarely the same thing.

  • Enterprise casino programmes in eleven markets
  • Three pre-opening casino workforce projects delivered
  • Designer of the corporate competency framework
  • Chairs the client outcome review board
11Why this pathway

House procedure adaptation

All content is rewritten around your own table games procedures, cage policies and Host Responsibility standards rather than delivered generically.

Distributed delivery

On-site, campus and digital delivery combined so that multi-property and shift-based casino workforces can be reached without gaming floor disruption.

System handover

The assessment infrastructure, pit observation rubrics and examination bank transfer to you at handover — the engagement is designed to end.

Executive reporting

Quarterly reporting written for a casino executive audience, linking learning activity to operational and compliance indicators rather than attendance.

Multi-language capability

Delivery in five languages with calibrated assessment across all of them, essential for multinational casino resort workforces.

13 / Graduate story

A pre-opening casino workforce of 412 trained against a licensing deadline

A new casino property in Central Europe recruited 412 staff across dealer, cage, service and pit supervisory roles with eighteen weeks until its licence inspection. Mirevontis audited the gaming floor operating model before recruitment closed, designed a competency framework covering every role, and ran forty-one cohorts in parallel across on-site practical pit rooms and a temporary campus facility. Ninety-four per cent of staff certified before opening, the inspection passed without a finding, and the client's own certified pit coaches now run the induction programme independently using the transferred assessment system.

Karel Novotný · Pre-opening Casino Project Director

The audit told us things our own pit supervisors had been trying to say for two years. The dealer programme that followed was built on evidence.

Priya RaghunathanGroup Learning Director

Four hundred gaming floor staff trained to a single standard before opening night, and the licence inspection passed without a finding.

Karel NovotnýPre-opening Casino Project Director

They handed the whole assessment system over and walked away. That is the opposite of how casino training vendors normally behave.
